The cat in the hat was walking down the street humming a little scat, when a little rat came up and called him fat. The cat in the hat stopped his scat to scold the rat for calling him fat, and the rat just sat and took it like a door mat. The cat in the hat gave himself a little pat and walked away from his little spat.
I guess you could say the cat in the hat knows a lot about that spat with the door mat rat who called him fat and interrupted his scat
