From what I gathered, the story is the son lied about a medical condition with his dick and tricked his mom into performing a penis inspection. He recorded it with a hidden cam and I guess started posting it on thread.
The family found out and started wiping information from the internet. Threads and pics that went up would be immediately deleted, so they were monitoring the situation.
