>>648341068BTW for any law enforcement agencies monitoring this thread, ALL THESE MEDICATIONS ARE LEGAL WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION. they're classified as health supplements.
anyway going back to the car example.
if your brain was a car, the racetam nootropic drugs would be the nitro.
note that the effect is subtle though. you wont feel a hit or anything, but its there. one of those things you end up surprising yourself when you use it. say if you thought... 50% faster but you are concentrating, you dont really notice it.
also the one i take is called noopept. its similar to racetams in action, but not in molecular structure. its more potent than piracetam (100x, if you believe the ads), meaning instead of taking 1g of the stuff, i just take a 10-20mg capsule. also means taking ~50mg gives you mad mental clarity.
makes it go faster, but also eats up more fuel.
thats why newbies (myself included, at one point) have depleted the fuel reserves.
the fuel reserve is choline, in this case.
racetams enhance acetylcholine transmission. acetylcholine is made from cholines.
normal people get enough from the diet.
if you are using racetams though, you need a boost since you use up cholines faster.
theres several options:
1. is whats called theanine, extracted from tea (L-theanine to be exact) comes in a white powder, harmless and you cant OD on it. has a funny taste.
takes time to get into the brain though, a few hours. best used BEFORE you get depleted, take with your racetam (your racetam uses up your current supply, just in time for the theanine to move into the brain)
2. alpha GPC - a godsend. crosses into brain asap. take it and you can never be mentally fatigued
3. eat some food. high carb is good. issue is high carbs may spike your blood sugar, making you drowsy.
>>648341553shit... that looks pretty legit. should be fine. dont recommend snorting though. too much volume (its literally 2g powder)
