>>875554271I don't know why it's a point of contention. It's not that big of a deal. It's a tool, so you can use it. Use it. No one dies.
But if you rely on it solely to do everything, you're likely cheating yourself. That's my opinion, at least. Unsophisticated use of tools can get rote.
Now if you get creative with it, you're not just mirroring things, so we're essentially talking about something else. Something that's going to require more thought than the line going down the middle.
You can do it.
But, the whole point of someone like me trying to do the things I attempt, is to not fall into the traps of simply mirroring something. Maybe I'm partial to doodling with my noodle, maybe I don't like when things feel uncannily stiff. I might want to do more with less. But if you have tools, it's up to you with how you use them.
>>875554291A shame.
>>875554674I can't speak for anyone else but I really, really, really don't care about the anything whatverthewhat. No militant anti-x here.
On part of my own self, I acknowledged my laziness while trying to produce something that resembled the idea in my subconscious late last night. Yadda yadda, tool and master. There are times where you either can't or don't care to do something you could do by yourself, and that's when you get the drill.
This all feels like one big attempt to make a mountain out of a molehill.
