I'm pretty paranoid, so if I think someone is trailing I usually do a lot of loops and double around a lot. Anywhere there's a lot of businesses help because odds are there's an unmarked police vehicle, cameras, or a 'uncle Rico' (parked cop or empty police cruiser) is more likely.
