>>741540624Okay so because you master studied a real painting obviously you're not going to get that same texture or blending. So.
A)The face is off, more specifically the eyes to corner of the mouth. I created a line from the pupils on the right to the corner of the left mouth. As you can see on the left that isn't the case.
Remember the eyes aren't on the same level as each other if it isn't front view, they slightly change.
B)Painted an ear where there is 0 ear.
C)His chin on the right is above the cloth, but close enough to cast a shadow and not to see the background.
D)The terminator/coreshadow you put on his left shoulder goes and cuts right across while in the master study it goes around the body.
You have to remember that when it comes to cloth depending on the material it's going to either rest light (silk) or bundle up and move around the subject (wool).
E) Same kind of problem you had with D, the light on the left seems to come out of a crevice where there is no/little light. While on the right it slowly comes out with a terminator between the dark and light part of the hair. Also it curves across the head too because the hair isn't close to his head.
F)Now this is just if you were trying to keep it close/on the same level as the master study, Your head is raised much higher than the masterstudy which can throw off proportions.
All in all though not bad.
