Honestly though, if lack of oxygen had anything to do with it, which it shouldnt as one does breathe normally between hits, that effect would last a few minutes at most, it wouldnt increase your time high, as in too high to drive, from 2 hours to 4. And thc isnt the only chemical you're inhaling that has an effect, cbd and other unknown stuff helps too,
