I can't find the feels thread I was just on, so I'll just give my advice here. The best, most relatively easy, one size fits all improvement you can make in your life if you're struggling or not is exercise, it eases your mind immensely and it makes you feel good in general. I would suggest something like running or cycling as you can do them for as long as you like and get in a rhythm, but anything works.

Anyway there's my advice, of which I'm not sure why I'm giving out.
