You have to define healthy. You could eat pounds and pounds of grilled chicken all day until your calorie intake is 7000 calories, and you will get fat, but you're eating healthy. They have health problems increased across the board because they are over weight.
Why do so many fuckers have such mystical thinking about the human body? We never evolved to healthfully eat 3000 calories a day while sitting on our asses. We are long distance runners by nature and we are healthiest when we run on a regular basis.
