It's not as easy as you think and it costs money. Permanent Residence alone costs like $1200 and requires a certain amount of skills, but as long as you're young you've got an advantage.
Citizenship requires like 10 years living in Canada, money and skills. Or you could marry for papers. I suggest sucking it up, getting a gay connec and living with them for a while until you proved marriage etc. Easier and cheaper imo.
So yeah, it's hard, costly and long.
