This is a real question:
OK, so the Andes are in Peru.
And its famous for some indijino are famous for being able to move strongly in the thin air.
Supposedly really strengthens red blood cells oxygenated movement thru your body/bloodstream.
And thin air training is how many world class athletes challenge themselves to improve.
Long distance runners and world class bicyclists often train in thinner mountain air to strengthen their performance.
Long distance runners come from poor countries, so buying athletic shoes is not prohibitive, as many kenyans are world champion marathon runners, and they come from extreme poverty.
To begin training as a word champion bicyclist can be done relatively inexpensively, with used bikes, and as you improve, some bicycle manufacturers will give you free bikes via sponsorship.
So why are there not many many world class marathoners and bicycle champions coming out of Peru, the Andes, and from indijino populations?
Not an insult, just a real question I have had.
Peru has the perfect combination of traits and people, yet almost nothing? I am confused.
Gracias
