Don't overthink it. Just relax and find something to laugh/joke about.
If you that to get anxious, just realize that pot does accelerate your heart for the first few minutes. It's rarely unpleasant, but many people associate quickened BPM with other bad experiences (like too many red bulls).
Also, try and keep smoking a special occasion/weekend thing. Not that it's particularly habit forming at all, it's just far more fun without a large tolerance.
Smoke daily for a few weeks and eventually you'll realize you're just smoking 5 times as much as normal and you're not even getting high. Just some advice from past experience on that last part.
