I've lost a lot of my gut and I'll tell you sit-ups don't mean shit. Now minutes of cardio now you're on the right path. But to lose weight and have it matter you gotta lose it over the span of months. When people say they wanna lose 10 pounds in a few weeks they're dumb you wanna lose 10 pounds over like a month and a half and that won't really even show. Stay motivated, keep working out, eat right and you will be handsome in about a year to two years of solid hard work
