My thoughts on her is that she is standing on a porch that was built from material acquired at Lowes home improvement store. I can tell by the 4x4 caps and the vertical pieces, and because I've seen a few Lowes-built porches in my time. Judging by the foliage I surmise this photo was taken West of the Mississippi but I'm not as certain about that as I am the building materials.
