Is listening to deep genres of music no one else has heard of the equivalent to jacking it to weird porn?

Is the accessibility and instant gratification of hearing your favorite music comparable to the same dopamine you get from watching a new type of porn, which leads to weirder and weirder fetishes (hence the popularity of nofap and noporn)?

I was thinking about this on my drive home today after hearing Switchfoot (a band and genre [alternative rock] I loved growing up) and then realizing I listen to some "weird" (as in not mainstream) music nowadays like hardstyle, happy hardcore, etc.
