i found a gasmask from 1934
its super old and beat up how can i repear or restore it.

A mixture of three parts ammonia to one part bleach. Submerge the gear into it and oxide the liquid. Easiest way to oxidize is with a straw. Just blow into the liquid. Might take 10 minutes or so of steady bubbles. The oxidized chlorine will remove impurities from the fibers and it will be like new.
