I believe that people in general don't like, or prefer the things they actually prefer. I believe people like, prefer and take interest or part in what others want them to prefer.
So basically, sane thoughts are basically "If I do this, will I fit in?" "If I do this, will girls like me?" "If I act like this, will I get this job?"
