Oppa! Swedish 21yo guy got arrested for killing 16 cats/kittens. He kicked, punched and drowned them. He got his hands on the cats either by buying or stealing them. Since the Swedish laws are so lame he'll probably just get a small fine. Does /b want some details and pics of this supercool guy?
