dear b i need some help in matlab so if anyone can write the code for this problem i would greatly appreciate , its not homework i am studying this for an exam and i dont know how to do it...

write a function whose input parameters are square matrices A and B, and output parameters are vector m and a matrix C. vector m is formed from elements from(not main) diagonal of B , which are whole odd numbers and are smaller then the biggest element beneath the main diagonal in B. matrix C is same dimensions as A and B its formed from appropriate elements of A which are bigger from appropriate in B , and the rest are middle value from appropriate elements of A and B.... ??? my english is not so good so sorry for that
