Snacks should be stuff like boiled eggs with some salt and pepper, or peanuts and possibly salads (cut back on the dressings).
Supplement the change in diet with a workout regiment. My suggestion is to build muscle first and then work on doing more cardio to cut at a moderate pace to avoid loose skin due to fast paced fat loss.
Just look up a standard push pull split for workouts and just follow that to get a decent foundation in strength training and after you gain muscle mass (not worrying too much about fat) and then move to cardio. More muscles = more calories burned = more fat lost.
