Change overall diet, snacks should go to stuff you'll need for your diet if you are doing exercise. Try to do carbs in the morning, brown rice or something with a low glycemic index so you don't spike your blood sugar. It's pretty easy to look up what will help you here.
Snacks should be stuff like boiled eggs with some salt and pepper, or peanuts and possibly salads (cut back on the dressings).
Supplement the change in diet with a workout regiment. My suggestion is to build muscle first and then work on doing more cardio to cut at a moderate pace to avoid loose skin due to fast paced fat loss.
Just look up a standard push pull split for workouts and just follow that to get a decent foundation in strength training and after you gain muscle mass (not worrying too much about fat) and then move to cardio. More muscles = more calories burned = more fat lost.
Good luck man, you can do it.
