I'm currently at a size 42 waist, I have an athletic background and am trying to go into the US Air Force
Any /b/ros got any advice on getting 7-10 inches off my waist by April? (I have a gym membership and a job, just don't have any structure)

lean meats. fish. eggs. frozen veggies. colorful fruits. high fiber grains (oat or rye over wheat).plain greek yogurt. hempseeds, unsalted mixed nuts, canned beans. daily vitamin. whey powder. blender.

You want protein but there's no need to get it through whey powder if you're going for weight loss.

Most of the vitamin supplements you take you will piss out uselessly. They're pretty much a scam.
