I regularly take 6-8mg couple days a week and am fine. a 1mg increase will have me feeling a tad better I been stressed.

A smarter idea is to take 2-3 at a time so you feel super relaxed, don't pass out, and remember the good feelings so you relieve stress. Fricking scrubs man.

Depends. I'm scripted 3 each .5mg a day. I usually only take 2 pills a day, which would be a full mg. But i was feeling bored this afternoon so i downed a couple.

Guess I better mention it's the generic alprazalam that I get. They come in different mgs...

Never heard of it but I believe it. Benzos can be fucking dangerous especially if you suddenly stop taking them. Benzo withdrawal can actually kill you, same with alcohol withdrawal.
