Help me find this game /b/ros!

It's an old web click only game about the afterlife. In the game you're sent to the Purgatory and you have different scenarios you have to respond to in order to make it to wherever you go 'safely'. I remember the very first scenario is that you're in a room with some type of demon who asks you to sign a contract to transport you to the afterlife quicker. There's also a scenario with a talking dog. That's all I can remember, it's from the early 2000's, when I was a kid. It was also on one of those cult horror sites (I've always been a big horror fan).
