Put all your small valuables in one room

Lock any other rooms you don't want people in
Have more than one bathroom

Clear out space for people to stand around and make sure there's appropriate seating

Maybe one 20 pack of beers and you should be good
Hide your snacks
Have something to play music
Throw down some cardboard in spots that might get slippery
